The Exhibition Hall was inaugurated with the special exhibit, Our Homeland is Our Homeland.  
Conceptually thematic with the narrative of the Museum, representing the Palestinian contemporary national memory in their quest for freedom and dignity during more than 100 years of struggle, the exhibition featured the works of prominent Palestinian artists Suleiman Mansour, Nabil Anani, Tayseer Barakat, and Ahmad Canaan.  The artists selected a specific period to represent, utilizing various media in expressing their individual style and vision.
