The book "Hani Al-Hassan, the Voice of Elegant Presence and the Stormy Petrel" by Hassan Balawi was launched at the Yasser Arafat Museum in Al-Muntada Hall on Wednesday, 7/12/2023, during a publicity seminar organized by the Martyr Othman Abu Gharbia Academy (Fatah Intellectual Academy). In the presence of politicians and intellectuals.

The event was opened by Dr. Ahmed Soboh, General Director of the Yasser Arafat Foundation, "highlighting the significance of the publication of this book in the Yasser Arafat Museum, Yasser Arafat’s last headquarters, trench, last fortress, and his last battle in which he adhered to the national constants, as what he rejected in the past will not be accepted in the future, this publication is a historical document for one of Yasser Arafat’s companions, and Hani Al-Hasan came from a patriotic and open-minded family, including Khaled Al-Hasan, Bilal Al-Hasan, and Masoud Al-Hasan".

He added Hani Al-Hassan was a strategic and influential figure in the Palestinian revolution. This book, written by Hassan Balawi, provides a historical record of the golden generation of Palestinian revolution fighters and the national movement and concludes by reminiscing about the Palestinian cause and the Fatah movement's main stations, highlighting Al-Hassan's contributions to its establishment.

He went on to say, "The book reveals several thorny issues that Al-Hassan fought in his position as Yasser Arafat's political advisor in many arenas, from Amman to Beirut to Tehran to Damascus and Baghdad, and finally Palestine."
