The Library’s collections include books, encyclopedias, and periodicals about the Palestinian cause, as well as books gifted to and about Yasser Arafat in multiple languages. Periodicals in the Library include publications of the Palestinian Research Center and the Institute for Palestine Studies; complete volumes of Palestine Revolution (Filastin Al-Thawra) magazine; volumes 1 through 232 of Palestinian Affairs (Shu-un Filastiniyya) magazine, Al-Karmel magazine, among others that address the Palestinian struggle during more than 100 years of conflict.
The Annual Book of the Palestinian Cause
Published annually by the Institute for Palestine Studies, the annual book includes articles and essays by academics and researchers on the political, economic, social, and military aspects of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Al-Karmel Magazine
A literary quarterly published by Al-Karmel Cultural Foundation, the magazine was established by the late poet Mahmoud Darwish in Beirut in 1981, who also served as editor-in-chief until his death. The magazine aims to promote intellectual and creative interaction between Arab and other cultures as well as to serve as an intellectual and literary platform for all fields of knowledge.
(Palestinian Affairs Magazine (Shu-un Filastiniyya
An intellectual quarterly magazine issued by the PLO’s Palestine Research Center, Palestinian Affairs publishes articles related to Palestinian politics, culture, and other subjects. Issues 1 through 136 were published in Beirut. The editor-in-chief was Anis Sayegh, who was also the director of the Palestine Research Center. Former editors-in-chief were also Mahmoud Darwish and Sabri Jiryis.
(Palestine Revolution Magazine (Filastin Al-Thawra
The central magazine of the Palestine Liberation Organization, the first edition was issued in Beirut on the 28th of June 1972, when the unified media department for the Palestinian national movement was formed to serve as a political, cultural, and news platform. Kamal Nasser was editor of the magazine from its establishment until his martyrdom on the 10th of April 1973.
During the 1970’s and 1980’s, the magazine was publicly distributed in a number of Arab and other countries and secretly distributed in the Occupied Palestinian Territories due to the Israeli occupation forces’ policy to arrest any Palestinian owning or carrying the magazine.
Following the withdrawal of the PLO and Palestinian resistance from Beirut in 1982, the headquarters of the magazine relocated to Nicosia, Cyprus. The final issue of Palestine Revolution was published on the 17th of July 1994.
