Born in the city of Beitunia on December 14, 1954.

He lived in Beitunia and studied in its schools, completing his high
school education at Al-Hashimiya School in Al-Bireh city.

He is a businessman and a man of charity and reform in community work.

He was the deputy mayor of Beitunia in 2005 and a member of the
municipal council in the 2017 term.

He assumed the presidency of Beitunia municipality in May 2024.

He was the president of Beitunia Club in 1996, 2005, and from 2014 until
today.

He has been the vice president of the Joint Services Council since 2017.
