Mayor of Beitunia
He was born in Betunia / Ramallah in 1965.
Father of three children.
He was a member of the Fatah Student Youth Organization throughout elementary and high school, as well as at Ibrahimieh College.
In 1985/1986, he received a diploma in Commerce with a specialization in accounting from Ibrahimieh College in Jerusalem.
During the first intifada, from 1992 to 1989, he was detained by the Israeli occupation force.
Beitunia Fatah Region Committee member.
President of Beitunia Club for 3 years, on the list of martyr Yasser Arafat
He was In charge of organizing the Betunia region for 3 years 1997/1994.
He was an employee in Beitunia Municipality from 1989 until retirement in 2022. 
He is Mayor of Beitunia on behalf of the Building and Liberation List - Fatah.
He participated in many sports, social, cultural, and other activities.
