An Italian sports, cultural, and media delegation laid a wreath of flowers at Yasser Arafat’s Mausoleum on Thursday, 31 October 2019.  The delegation were accompanied by General Director of the Palestine National Fund and Head of the Higher Presidential Committee of Churches Affairs in Palestine Dr. Ramzi Khoury and Custodian of the Holy Land Fr. Ibrahim Faltas. 

Director General of Yasser Arafat Foundation Dr. Ahmad Soboh and Museum Director Mr. Mohammad Halayka welcomed the delegation and led their tour of the Museum’s exhibits that present the narrative of the Palestinian contemporary national movement through the life and journey of the late President Arafat.

At the end of their visit, the delegation presented honorary shields to Dr. Khoury and Yasser Arafat Foundation.
